Above The Boards

Chris was quick, professional, and tidy. We had a renter report an issue and we only had a few days of a window before other renters were due in. I called Chris and within 2 days he had stopped by to assess the needs, informed me of what we needed, and was in out with the problem resolved. He not only installed two new ceiling fans within an hour, you would have never known he was there. It is safe to say that we have our new handyman. Thank you, Chris! Chris was recommended within our regime owners group in Fiddler’s Cove. He is responsive, professional, clean and does careful, great work, which is so important, particularly as a remote owner. He recently installed a glass shower door and new shower head for our master stand-up shower, and also did some painting and other light maintenance.
