Designed for Hilton Head homeowners and absentee second-home owners, this prepaid annual plan covers your routine upkeep with 2 scheduled visits per year (spring and fall), so your home is looked after whether you are here full-time or away for months at a time. One simple annual payment means no surprise bills, and you get the peace of mind of knowing a fully insured local team is keeping an eye on your home.

What’s Included in Your Plan

Every plan includes the following core tasks, performed across your 2 visits per year:

• Safety checks: Test all smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors (replace batteries if needed) and inspect fire extinguishers for charge and expiration.
• Filter changes: Replace or clean HVAC/air filters, and clean dryer vent filters and range hood filters.
• Water heater maintenance: Flush the water heater tank to remove sediment, and inspect for leaks, rust, or pressure issues.
• Full home inspection: Walk-through interior and exterior inspection — check for leaks (faucets, toilets, under sinks, around windows), inspect plumbing, test major appliances, check locks, doors, windows, and security features, change batteries on the entry door lock, and look for signs of pests, mold, or water damage.
• Seasonal tasks: Battery replacements for remotes, doorbells, and other devices as needed, plus minor touch-ups such as caulk resealing if time allows.
